Install the Dispatch Bros mobile app (iOS)
Last updated: Aug 24, 2026
The Dispatch Bros mobile app is a free iOS app — search for "Dispatch Bros" on the Apple App Store, install it, and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. There is no separate mobile account: owners, dispatchers, and technicians all use their existing login, and everyone sees the mobile version of what their role allows — jobs, messages, calls, estimates, invoices, and payment collection from the field.
Before you start
- An iPhone. The app is iOS-only — there is no Android app today (Android users can sign in through the phone's web browser instead).
- A Dispatch Bros login. Technicians need to have been added to the team with app access first — see technician app access.
Step 1 — Install from the App Store
- Open the App Store on your iPhone.
- Search for Dispatch Bros and install the app.
Step 2 — Sign in
- Open the app. You'll see the Dispatch Bros wordmark with "Sign in to continue".
- Enter your Email and Password — the same ones you use at dispatchbros.ai on the web.
- Tap Sign in.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and tap Send reset link. The app shows "Check your email" — open the link from that email, choose a new password, then tap Back to sign in and sign in normally.
Step 3 — Allow notifications
When the app asks for notification permission, allow it. Notifications are how the app rings you for incoming business calls, alerts you to new customer texts, and delivers job assignments — without them the app only updates while it's open on screen.
What's in the app
The mobile app is built for work in the field: today's jobs and schedule, the messages inbox, the dialer and call history, customers, estimates and invoices (create, send, and collect payment on site), and your team. Owners and admins also get finance and payment views.
Troubleshooting
- Sign-in fails with an error — check the email and password for typos, and use the reset flow (Forgot password? → Send reset link) if you're unsure. Password resets made on mobile apply to your web login too — it's one account.
- "No connection. Check your network and try again." — the phone is offline. Get back on Wi-Fi or cellular data and retry.
- The reset email never arrived — the app sends a reset link only if an account exists for the address you entered. Check spam, and confirm you typed the email your team added you with.
- Signed in, but the app says your profile isn't set up — your login exists but isn't attached to a company yet. Ask your owner or admin to finish adding you on the Team page.
- Calls or texts don't come through — check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Dispatch Bros and make sure notifications are allowed. Also confirm your account is set to receive inbound calls — see team routing and answer groups.
FAQ
Is there an Android app?
Not currently — the mobile app is iOS-only. On Android, use Dispatch Bros in the phone's web browser.
Do I need a separate account for the app?
No. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. Your role and permissions carry over.
I forgot my password. How do I get in?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your account email, and tap Send reset link. Open the link from the email, choose a new password, then come back and sign in.
Will incoming business calls ring on my iPhone?
Yes — signed-in team members who are set to receive inbound calls get a full-screen ring on their iPhone, even when the phone is locked. Allow notifications when the app asks.
