Set your timezone, business hours, and company logo
Last updated: Aug 24, 2026
Open Settings from your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar and stay on the General tab — all three of these live there. The Company Time Zone card is at the top (set it first: every business date in Dispatch Bros follows it), your logo lives in the Company Profile card, and business hours are saved inside Online Booking Rules. Time zone changes need an owner or admin login.
Before you start
- Time zone: owner or admin login required. Logo and business hours: owner, admin, or anyone granted the settings edit permission.
- Have your logo file ready — PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, under 2MB.
Step 1 — Set the company time zone
- Open Settings → General. The Company Time Zone card is first — it is "Used for booking dates, same-day rules, automation quiet hours, and tenant-local scheduling."
- Pick your zone from the Time zone dropdown (US time zones).
- Click Save Time Zone.
Until it's set, the card shows a warning: "Set your company time zone before relying on booking availability or automation quiet hours." Don't skip this — with no time zone set, some features fall back to UTC, which can shift "today" by several hours.
Step 2 — Upload your company logo
- Still on General, click the Company Profile card to expand it.
- Under Company Logo, click Upload Logo and pick your file — "PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP. Max 2MB."
- The logo previews immediately. To swap it later use Change Logo; hover the preview and click the red X to remove it.
- While you're here, fill in Company Name, Phone, Email, and Address (the address powers the dashboard map's radius filter), then click Save Profile.
Step 3 — Set business hours and an after-hours message
- On the same General tab, expand Online Booking Rules.
- Scroll to the Lead Agent — Tenant Truth section and find Business hours. Set the start and end time.
- Optionally write an After-hours message (optional) — for example, "After hours, leave a voicemail and we'll call back next business day."
- Click Save Booking Rules.
Both a start and an end must be set for the hours to count. These hours inform your public booking page and the AI lead agent when customers ask "are you open?" — they do not route your phone calls. For open/closed call routing, add a Business Hours node to your call flow.
Troubleshooting
- The time zone dropdown is grayed out — you're not an owner or admin. Ask one to change it.
- The dropdown shows my saved zone marked "(unsupported)" — your saved value is outside the current supported US list. Pick one of the listed zones and click Save Time Zone again.
- "Logo must be under 2MB" — the file is too large. Export a smaller version (a 512px PNG is plenty) and upload again.
- Jobs or reports look like they're on the wrong day — almost always an unset or wrong time zone. Fix it in the Company Time Zone card; dates follow the company zone, not your device's clock.
FAQ
Why is the time zone so important?
Every business date in Dispatch Bros — today's jobs, date filters, booking availability, automation quiet hours — follows your company time zone, not the device you happen to be on. Set it first.
Who can change the time zone?
Owners and admins only. The picker is visible to others but disabled.
What are the logo requirements?
PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, up to 2MB. It appears on customer-facing documents like invoices and estimates.
Do these business hours control my phone routing?
No — these hours inform online booking and the AI lead agent. To route calls differently after hours, add a Business Hours node to your call flow.
