Create a job and assign a technician

Create a job in Dispatch Bros from the Jobs page or Calendar: enter the customer, pick a job type and time window, assign a technician, and choose how they get notified.

Set up Job Types for the work you do

Create Job Types in Dispatch Bros — the services you offer, each with a color and a default duration the route optimizer uses — and manage, deactivate, or delete them.

Require fields when a job is created

Choose which New Job fields are mandatory in Dispatch Bros — job type, source, description, date, time slot, technician, dispatcher, or group — from Settings, Job Settings.
