Payments, Finance & Reports
Charge cards with Quick Collect, track payouts, run the finance ledger, and read your reports.
Get paid: connect your bank with Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account from Payments → Settings so Dispatch Bros can charge customer cards and send payouts straight to your bank.
Charge a card fast with Quick Collect
Use the Collect Payment button on the Payments page to charge a customer's card in seconds — with or without a job — and text or email the receipt.
Scan-to-Pay: let customers pay with a QR code
Invoices and estimates opened on a desktop show a QR code — the customer scans it with their phone camera and pays with the apps that live on their phone.
Send a payment request link by text
Text or email a secure pay link to a customer, track every send on the Payments Requests list, and resend with one click when a request goes unpaid.
Processing fees: who pays and how to pass them on
How card processing costs work in Dispatch Bros: what Stripe charges, how to pass a card service fee to customers, and how to split the cost internally at job close.
When money hits your bank: payouts and balance
The Payouts & Balance tab shows where every dollar is — pending in Stripe, available, on the way to your bank, or paid out — plus a payout history you can drill into.
Issue a refund
Refund a card payment in full or in part from the Payments page — choose whether to include the tip, and text or email the refund receipt to the customer.
Track technician tips
The Tips report shows every tipped payment with totals, averages, and a technician leaderboard — filtered by tech, date range, and status.
The Finance page: your per-job money ledger
Every closed job lands on the Finance page as one row — total, parts, net, and the tech / referral / company split — with filters, search, and edit tools.
Technician performance: close rates and the technician report
The Tech Performance filter on Finance and Jobs shows every technician's jobs sent, closed, cancelled and close rate for the date range — click a technician for a full report you can export as a PDF.
Export finance data to Excel or email a report
Download your filtered Finance ledger as a styled Excel file, ZIP up per-technician reports in bulk, or email each technician their own report in one click.
