Publish your free business microsite
Last updated: Aug 24, 2026
Dispatch Bros includes a free public microsite for your business —
a simple website with a homepage, services list, about page, contact
details, and your privacy/terms text, hosted at
your-subdomain.dispatchbros.ai. You build it in Settings on the
Public Site tab, save drafts as you go, and press Publish when
it's ready. "Edits go live immediately when published."
Before you start
- You need an owner or admin login. Other roles see: "You can view these settings, but only an owner or admin can edit them."
- Have your logo and company profile filled in first (General settings) — the site uses your branding.
Step 1 — Pick your address
- Open Settings in the left sidebar and switch to the Public Site tab.
- In the address section, enter a Subdomain — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. The page shows the resulting address ending in .dispatchbros.ai.
- Optionally enter a custom domain of your own (for example www.example.com).
If the subdomain is invalid you'll see an inline error — for example "this subdomain is reserved" or "letters / numbers / hyphen only, max 63 chars".
Step 2 — Fill in your pages
Work through the sections — each is a card:
- Homepage — Title, Subtitle, and Body.
- Services — one service per line, up to 12. "One service per line. Max 12. They appear on the homepage."
- About — a title and body describing your company.
- Contact — a title, body, Support email, Support phone, Business address, and Service area.
- Privacy Policy and Terms / SMS terms text — the legal text rendered on your site's policy pages. SMS terms matter if you text customers: carriers look for a public opt-in/opt-out policy during 10DLC verification.
Step 3 — Save a draft or publish
At the bottom of the page:
- Save draft stores everything without making it public. You'll see "Draft saved."
- Publish makes the site live. You'll see "Public site published." and the badge next to the header flips from Draft to Published.
Once a valid subdomain is set, a View public site button opens your live site in a new tab.
What your customer sees
A clean, branded website at your subdomain: your homepage title and body, the services list, the about page, and a contact page with your support email, phone, address, and service area, plus your privacy policy and terms. It's a real indexed website — link it from your Google Business Profile and pair it with your booking link so visitors can request service.
Troubleshooting
- "Add the missing fields before publishing." — publishing has required fields; a warning banner lists exactly which ones are missing ("Add the following before publishing:"). Fill them in and press Publish again.
- "That subdomain is already in use. Pick another." — another company claimed it first. Choose a different subdomain.
- The subdomain field shows "this subdomain is reserved" — names like common system words are reserved by the platform. Pick something specific to your business.
- You can see the settings but everything is disabled — you're not an owner or admin. Ask one to make the edit.
- The page says it couldn't load public site settings — a network or permission hiccup; refresh, and confirm your role.

What is the address of my public site?
your-subdomain.dispatchbros.ai - you pick the subdomain in Settings, Public Site tab. A custom domain field is also available.

Once the site is Published, yes - saving with Publish updates the live site right away. Use Save draft to keep changes without making them public.
Why won't my site publish?
Publishing requires certain fields to be filled in. The page shows a warning listing exactly which fields are missing - add them and press Publish again.
Who can edit the public site?
