Bulk import review links from a spreadsheet

If you manage many Google Business Profile listings — each with its own tracking number — you don't have to type review links one row at a time. The Import review links button in Automations → Sender Numbers opens a paste box: copy two columns (phone number, review URL) from your spreadsheet, paste them in, check the live preview of what will apply, and click Apply. Matched numbers get their links in one shot; rows that don't match an owned number are simply skipped.

Before you start

• Build a sheet with one row per number: the phone number in one column, its Google review URL in the next. Number formatting doesn't matter — (425) 439-7672, 425-439-7672, or +14254397672 all match.
• Each URL must be a full http(s) address (Google review links usually start with https://g.page/r/).

Step 1 — Open the import modal

1. Go to Automations → the Sender Numbers tab.
2. Click Import review links (top right, next to the search box).
3. The modal explains the format: paste rows of phone number, Google review link — two columns copied from a sheet work as-is.

Step 2 — Paste and check the preview

1. Copy the two columns in your spreadsheet and paste them into the text box. Tab-separated (a direct sheet copy) and comma-separated rows both parse.
2. The preview badges update live, before anything is written:
   • "will apply" (green) — rows matched to a number you own.
   • "not an owned number" (blue) — the phone number doesn't match any number in your account. Hover the badge to see which ones.
   • "invalid row" (red) — the row has no valid URL or too few columns. Hover to inspect.
3. Fix your sheet and re-paste if needed — unmatched and invalid rows never block the matched ones.

Step 3 — Apply

1. Click Apply (the button shows the count, and stays disabled until at least one row matches).
2. On success you'll see a toast like "Review links saved for" 12 numbers, and every matched row in the per-number panels updates immediately.

Troubleshooting

• Rows show as "not an owned number" — the digits don't match a number in your Dispatch Bros account. Check for typos, missing digits, or numbers that live in a different account.
• Rows show as invalid — the last column isn't a valid http(s) URL. Make sure the review link is the full address, not just g.page/r/... without the protocol.
• "Import failed" — the write itself failed (network or permission). Nothing partial is shown as saved; try again.
• A number kept its old link — it wasn't in the paste, or a duplicate row for it appeared later in the paste (the first row for each number wins). Re-paste with the correct row.
