The report tabs, explained

Last updated: Sep 2, 2026

The Reports page is your analytics hub: seven tabs that slice your business by money, estimates, technicians, calls, marketing sources, job statuses, and reviews. Every tab follows the date filter at the top (defaulting to Today), so you can flip between a daily pulse and a monthly review without leaving the page.

Before you start

  • Reports read your existing data — jobs, invoices, estimates, calls, and reviews. New accounts see empty states until there's activity.
  • Pick your window with the date filter first; each tab then reports on that period.

Revenue

Money from invoices: Total Revenue (paid), Outstanding Balance, This Month Revenue, and Avg Invoice Value, plus a Monthly Revenue Breakdown table across the last 12 months. If you haven't sent invoices yet you'll see "No invoice data yet. Send invoices to start tracking revenue."

Estimates

How your quotes convert: Total Estimates Sent, Acceptance Rate, Approved Value, and Pending Estimates, with an Estimate Status Breakdown across approved / rejected / pending / expired and a monthly trend.

Technician Performance

One row per tech for the period: Jobs Closed, cancelled count, Total Revenue, Avg $/Job, Tech Share, and Company Share — your at-a-glance answer to "who's producing". Sort by any column. For jobs sent, close rates and a per-technician report you can export, use the Tech Performance filter on the Finance or Jobs page (see the technician performance article).

Call Conversion

How phone calls turn into jobs. Filter by team member with the All users selector in the header to see per-dispatcher booking performance over the selected dates.

Job Sources

Marketing accountability per job source: Total Jobs, Jobs/Day, and the status mix (estimates, in progress, completed, cancelled) for every source in the window — compare what each channel actually delivers.

Job Status Overview

Today's operational pulse: Total Jobs Today, Completed Today, Cancelled Today, and Estimates Today, followed by a Daily Breakdown table with a completion percent per day across your selected range.

Reviews Management

Your review-request funnel — requests sent, customer responses, and where reviews were routed. It's the same analytics surface described in the reviews report.

Troubleshooting

  • Every tab looks empty — check the date filter; it defaults to Today. A quiet day genuinely shows zeros — widen the range.
  • "No technician data for this period." — no jobs were closed with a technician in the window. Closing jobs feeds this tab.
  • "No source data for this period." — jobs in the window have no job source attached. Set sources on jobs to make this report meaningful.
  • Revenue doesn't match the Finance page — by design. Revenue counts paid invoices; Finance ledgers job closeouts. A closed job without an invoice (or an invoice without a closeout) moves one number and not the other.

FAQ

What date range do the reports use?

The date filter at the top of the page, shared by the tabs. It defaults to Today in your company's timezone — widen it for weekly or monthly views.

Which tab shows how much money we made?

Revenue — it totals paid invoices, outstanding balance, this month's revenue, and average invoice value, with a 12-month monthly breakdown.

How do I see which advertising source brings the most jobs?

The Job Sources tab breaks jobs down per source — total jobs, jobs per day, and how many ended completed vs. cancelled — so you can compare sources over any date range.

Is the Reports page the same as the Finance page?

No. Finance is the per-job money ledger with the tech/company split for payouts; Reports is the analytics layer — trends, conversion, and performance across jobs, invoices, estimates, calls, and reviews.
